Refund & Cancellation Policy
Little Skills Learning
We understand that family schedules can change, and we aim to be as fair and supportive as possible while also reserving dedicated session spaces for each child.
1. Deposit Requirement
All bookings require a $100 deposit to secure your child’s place.

This deposit is non-refundable, as it confirms your enrolment and reserves a session time specifically for your child.
2. Remaining Payment
The remaining balance of the program fee must be paid in full before sessions commence, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Places in the program are not confirmed until payment requirements are met.
3. Cancellations by Families
More than 24 hours’ notice
If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, we may be able to offer:

A rescheduled session, or
-
A credit toward a future session
Please note the $100 deposit remains non-refundable.
Less than 24 hours’ notice
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund, as the time has been reserved.
4. Missed Sessions (No-Show)
If a child does not attend a booked session without notice, the session fee is forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Illness and Sickness
If your child is unable to attend due to illness, please notify us as soon as possible.
Where availability allows, we may be able to offer your child a place in another session during the week to ensure they do not miss out on learning time.
6. Cancellations by Little Skills Learning
If we need to cancel a session due to educator illness or unforeseen circumstances, families will be offered:

A rescheduled session, or
-
A credit toward future sessions
7. Program Refunds
Once a multi-session program has commenced, refunds are not generally provided.
In exceptional circumstances, partial credits may be considered at the discretion of Little Skills Learning.
