Welcome to Little Skills Learning. By booking or participating in our tutoring sessions and programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Little Skills Learning provides early literacy and numeracy tutoring and school readiness support for children, including the Kickstart to Kindergarten program.
All sessions are designed and delivered by qualified educators and are intended to support learning and confidence-building.
2. Bookings
Sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or via direct contact.
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment (or deposit, if applicable) is received.
3. Payments
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Full payment must be made by the start of the program.
We accept payment via approved online payment providers. Little Skills Learning does not store credit card information.
4. Attendance, Participation and Behaviour
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children attend sessions on time and are collected promptly.
To support a positive learning environment, children should be well enough to participate and engage safely in activities. If students display disrespectful, threatening or dangerous behaviour towards staff or other participants, Little Skills Learning reserves the right to refuse participation in our programs. Children will be required to be picked up early by their parent/carer.
5. Educational Nature of Services
Our tutoring programs provide learning support and skill development but do not replace formal schooling or specialist intervention.
Individual progress varies between children.
6. Changes to Services
Little Skills Learning reserves the right to make changes to session times, educators, or program structure when necessary. Families will be notified of any significant changes.
7. Pick up of child after session
Parents must ensure they pick their child up at the end of the session. A late fee can be charged per child if not collected within their booked hours or prior to the service closing. The rate is $20 per 15 minutes.
8. Privacy
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
